In real estate, many agents are licensed in one or two states. And within that state, they may only keep up to date on one or two markets and cities. If you are more than a few hours away, or want to make a transaction or see what other markets are doing, they refer you out to another agent who they may or may not know, and collect a referral fee. I am changing that narrative. I am currently fully licensed in both California and Illinois. My applications and education are complete and just waiting for final licensing in New York, Florida, and Georgia.
